Algorhythm builds online assessment and evaluation tools for nonprofits and those that support them — including the Youth Development Impact Learning System, an assessment, planning and evaluation tool for those that run, fund and support youth development programs.
The YDiLS is currently used by over 260 programs across 20 states… which means our system is constantly learning with and from hundreds of dedicated youth workers supporting over 10,000 youth across the country. We’re incredibly excited to partner with the Superstar Foundation to recognize three exceptional youth practitioners who are using YDiLS data to better support youth in their programs!
Nominees will be identified through an internal application process, which will be reviewed by a panel of youth development experts. Three youth workers will ultimately be recognized with the following awards:
1st place: $2,500
2nd place: $1,500
3rd place: $1,000
The 1st place winner will also be considered for this calendar year’s Superstar Foundation $5,000 Veronica Award!
AWARD ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Only staff employed by current users of Algorhythm’s Youth Development Impact Learning System (YDiLS) are eligible for a Superstar Award.
If you have any questions about our awards process, please contact our COO & Chief Collaborator Sally Munemitsu at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Superstar Foundation was founded in 2007 with a two-fold mission:
As health, education and social services continue to progress towards better measurement of outcomes, the Superstar Foundation believes that transformative relationships and a commitment to data-based decision making at the level of engagement is the key to all long-term, sustainable improvement in the lives of those we serve.
